How generous is Northwestern in giving aid to internationals?

From their website it seems like they are pretty generous, however, with international students it is always going to be much more difficult to receive substantial financial aid (more than 75%).

On the bottom right of the screen beneath the purple “CONNECT” button, it says " If you no longer wish to continue your application to Northwestern, you can submit the [Withdraw Request Form (link)]".
