Good chance. Where are you applying ED/EA?

U of C…ironic eh?).

But yeah I’m really interested in the mathematical methods in the social sciences program. Do I have any shot for it???

you obviously have a good chance of being accepted…

If your school is so demanding, how can you not get a 5 on any APs?

1mx, you brought up a really good point. Our school actually has a policy in place where they don’t teach AP curriculum (we teach college level courses), so we’re unprepared for a lot of the tests we take. In addition, we basically have the ENTIRE month of January off because of this program called “interim,” where you don’t go to your normal classes for a month and pick something new (like trips to the galapagos, france, whatever). This is all on top of our normal holiday breaks. Furthermore, we don’t meet your average 5 days a week like normal high schools. For example, my BC calculus class was both AB and BC, and only met 4 times a week for 53 minutes WITH a break for winter break and january. AND… some of our “AP courses” are only second semester. Ex: my AP psychology course started in February, it met ONCE a week. So, basically we had 11 class meeting before the AP test.

Oh yeah, and during AP week, teacher’s are free to have tests, quizzes, etc… (we still aren’t supposed to miss classes where we don’t have tests and we still have to take final exams)

Now, you tell me if we’re at a disadvantage…

How’d you get a 690/800/800- that seems odd.

Not too odd, you could just suck at vocab…that’s all CR tests for

That’s a gross overstatement.

gross? How do i clean up my mess?
