Norwich University

How is this university. What is it good for? Is it good for mechanical engg?

If you mean Norwich University in Vermont, it has a strong military flavor as a significant number of students are cadets. The campus and facilities are not impressive . The academic reputation is average, and the students I know that attend were mediocre public school students .

jeeez…anyone else know abt this?

I am going to Norwich FLC session II
anyone else ?

btw. I don’t know much about the school except for it has a strong military feel and it has some decent depts.

is it really good? I mean whats good about norwich?

www.norwich.edu

nice campus, respected faculty, beatiful scenery(vermont friggin fuh), rich history, nice alumni.
Just an all-round good military institute.

I have never been there before this is just based on what I have heard and found on internet.

Norwich University is the best military school in the Nation. If you are planning on serving your county as a commissioned officer than this is where you should go to best prepare yourself. Outside actual combat, there is almost nothing you will experience in active duty that you diddnt already experience here. Norwich is difficult, but not impossible. You make the best friends of your life and go through hell and back with them. It isint for everyone, but thats what makes us who we are. In the end, you get out of Norwich what you put into it. You will only have a terrible experience if you arent willing to give it your all. Essayons!

WHAT? A social life? man goto www.studentsreview.com and have a look at norwich, students kinda hate it there!

i never said there was a social life

i clearly stated it was a review. btw i got this one from that site you just posted haha thats weird.

People go to these places to get a good ‘Military’ education. Social life shouldn’t be important… well you are not going to get much of it anyway.

Ajayc - have you visited the campus and attended classes? You are the best judge of whether or not the school is a good match for you.
