<p>Do people get emails to check their admission status?</p>
<p>^usually those come out a little later than when the admission status on your account page is released… </p>
<p>2 of my friends today got in today 
! one already got into UCSD and the other got in w/ a 3.6ish gpa for biochem!! (although i was a little envious watching them celebrate ToT)
still nothing for me, yet ): i also got my rejection letter from UW today so my hope for UCI is kind of dying even more… ):</p>

GPA (10-11) : 3.9 weighted 3.8 unweighted

<p>SIGH. I hope I get in, Irvine is my dream school (has been since I was in middle school haha). It seems as if myself and a lot of my friends who have average/above average stats are still waiting… Hopefully the majority of us will find out tomorrow?</p>

sat: 1950 M:720 CR:640 W:590
gpa: 3.74 weighted 3.2 uw (10-12) maybe 3.6 for 11-12
math2: 660
lit: 570 <-complete mistake, should have sent my 630 in bio e/m
a bunch of ap exams all 3/4s except for music theory -.-
some club activity, orchestra, no other ec’s though
i messed up sat subject tests REaLLY BAD!!! does anyone know if that would cause them to reject me??

sosad- don worry~~ u’ll probably get in~~ someone w/ a 3.6 GPA got in =</em>= and ur SAT is pretty good!!! And my friend haven’t gotten hers yet. Her GPA is a 4.0!!</p>
<p>I haven’t received an admission decision for my declared major geology yet. I’ve seen some low stats getting in so far, such as 1500-1700 SAT’s, so this process is a bit confusing so far.</p>

<p>i got in this morning after a month and a half of waiting. after my rejections from ucsd and ucla i was crushed. but now i can breathe a sigh of relief :)</p>
<p>Sigh to be honest, all this waiting is killing me! People keep telling me that they got in every passing day, and yet I check at least 2-3 times a day and NOTHING! Rejected from UCSD and UCLA, but accepted to SLO. I don’t understand.</p>

<p>Do you guys think the date we sent in our apps factor into when we receive our decisions (Besides ELC, & the highly qualified)? I’ve been told that I haven’t heard from UCI b/c they haven’t gotten to my app yet since I applied the very last day 11/30.</p>
