<p>@Calimom21 those are some good stats, your son should’ve been notified a long time ago :(. I applied under the same major, but didn’t get in yet…What was his alternative major? He should’ve gotten in imo, unless the alternative major he put down was also impacted >.<</p>

Unless he never took any challenging(Honors or AP) courses or something. The SAT is also above average :(. Don’t worry Calimom21, he will probably get in UCD and UCSB :).</p>

<p>undeclared physical science… but my alt was business admin… checked about 45 minutes ago, and let me tell you. i checked constantly, so all that effort to be waitlisted is a heart breaker, but I was expecting a rejection since I received my status so late as compare to the rest… not the best of stats… gpa: 4.08 (college weighted) act: 21 :x subject tests: horrible (hence the low act). I believe my essays to be good/great.</p>

Also I’m not sure if UC’s don’t admit people because they assume that they’re not going to attend. immytrang, your GPA was very good too! That is very weird that you were put on the waitlist as well.</p>

<p>well UCI is closed thurs and fri next week. Wouldn’t it be funny if the wave is gonna be on wed, since UCSB is monday UCD tuesday UCB thurs. That extra space would be perfect…for UCI to release decision -.-. Y are they making me stress so much D:</p>
<p>Well they are starting to send out some rejections, my friend just got rejected right now. I don’t know if they are still updating but I see a few waitlisted. Hopefully by tomorrow morning we might hear something…</p>
