<p>Your ACT is within Chicago’s mid 50% range, so it’s fine. But if you’re an unhooked applicant you may want to get it closer to a 34. Your rank and gpa are also a bit low, but this can be offset by writing strong/creative essays. Lastly, you say you are in a multitude of clubs. Remember colleges like quality of EC’s over quantity, so try to get some leadership in some of those clubs to bolster the EC portion of your app. Overall I’d say you have a decent chance of getting in.
