Not completing all prep courses for major? (UCSD)

I have added UCSD to my list of school that I want to apply to this November and have realized that I will not have completed the entire Calculus sequence by the end of next semester. For the international studies - economics major, they require either two semesters of short Calculus or three semester of the “regular” Calculus.

Is there no point in applying for this major without completing Calc 3 or is there a possibility or being accepted without it?

Thanks!

If you never try, you will never get an answer. I am encourage you to apply.

I’m not sure about international studies-econ major but I know several econ majors who got in even though they have only taken cal 1. You’ve only missed one prerequisite so it’s not a big deal. I haven’t taken cal 3 before I transferred here either so I think you should apply.
