not coring a sweet pepper

For regular chili peppers, I almost never or throw away the core or the seeds. Will anything poisonous occur if I don’t do the same to sweet peppers?

No, but they can be bitter, and the core is much bigger than a chili pepper. You still have to cut out the stem, so as long as you’re doing that, it’s pretty easy to core it. I just use my hand to snap the core out, then shake the seeds out. You sure do a lot of cooking! I’m impressed.
