Not going to school Fall term - is it okay?

<p>I finished high school last year and i am planning to go to Portland Community College. I haven't gone in to take the placement tests so i cannot talk to an adviser yet, but since my question seems fairly easy to answer, here i am.</p>

<p>Are there any issues in working and saving $$ instead of going to school for Fall term? I don't have any idea of what I want to study, but was planning on transferring to Portland State after 2 years.</p>

<p>Any help is much appreciated.

<p>There is nothing whatsoever wrong with your plan. Get a job, work for a while, and think about what you'd like to do with your life. Then when you have a better sense of direction, you can go to college.</p>
