Not good enough for SMU?

<p>I have an ACT composite score of 26 and an UW GPA of 3.65, do you think that’s too low for an acceptance to SMU? I applied early action. If anyone could give me their insight that would be really helpful!</p>

<p>SMU looks at cumulative admissions, so they won’t be just looking at your grades, but what courses you took in high school, extra curriculars, and your essay. There is no harm in applying, so I would go for it.</p>

<p>I agree you have fairly good stats, write a solid essay and if you have good ECs’ you should have a chance.</p>
