So, my june subject test scores were 650 US History, 700 French, 760 Math 2.
I am thinking about applying to non-score-choice schools that require 2 subject tests, so I’d have to send all of these scores, plus my retakes. I want to retake math 2 because I feel like if I studied more I could get an 800, and same with French (I could probably bring it up to 750+). But history, I feel kind of hopeless at. I would have to study A LOTTT to get a good score. I did not go in without trying…
Would it be bad to NOT retake this 650? Will it taint my application if I’ve already met the subject test requirement with 2 other good subject tests?

Most colleges will consider all your scores, but they only emphasize your top 2 scores. I would suggest not to take history again since you have to take it in October and you will probably forget many things that you’ve learned last school year.
