Not sure which one to enroll in. (UCRiverside, RIT, Udel, UMass Amherst, Cal Poly Pomona)

For chemical engineering.

I got wait listed at UC Irvine and UC Davis and I am extremely uncertain as to which of the colleges I got admitted to would be the best.

I am not even sure how colleges are ranked, and I can’t seem to find any solid information comparing the engineering programs of these colleges.

Net price at each school?

around 34k/year for UCRiverside,
30k for Udel,
30k for UMass,
24k for Cal Poly.

I do not qualify for any need based aid.

Anyways, any insight assuming cost is not a factor?
