Pretty sure the kids list their graduation year and school! So ND 2029!!
News release from ND admissions on the recently admitted class.
This yearâs total application count of 35,401 is an 18.2% increase over last yearâs total application count of 29,945.
same for me.
good luck for the rest
Accepted! So happy.
Any alumni/current students that can share what makes ND special?
Daughter was deferred REA and just accepted with reasonable financial aid. Electrical Engineering with a 1560, 4.0, no APs as she is homeschooled. She went to the junior year summer program. We were worried that homeschooling would be a problem. Previous siblings went to Columbia University and West Point. She had done research for our local university but there were no extra letter to submit in the application so not uploaded. After REA deferral, she sent a letter of continued interest. Had to apply to a lot of schools RD unfortunately not knowing if she would be admitted to ND in the end, but everything worked out in the end. She is going to South Bend in April for the new student weekend!
Hi yâall, any idea if thereâs been waitlist movement?
for me no , i think for majority its been silent so far
Same, havenât heard of anyone getting a call yet. If I hear of any movement, Iâll be sure to let yâall know
Do you think its open, Iâve seen loads of linkedin posts about (10/15) students getting into ND and commiting to other schools, but thats not a fair sample size but hopefully theres some spaces for us
Iâve also seen plenty of Insta posts about students getting in to ND and not committing. Tbf, itâs a small sample as well. I would like to hope that itâs open, but I donât know whatâs taking them this long to send out acceptances. Maybe theyâre checking their finances/budget? Ik theyâre need-blind, but they would obviously still have to conform to a budget.
Someone on Reddit said, and I quote: âHi! Iâm an international who applied & got waitlisted. My regional counselor told me they wonât know about the waitlist process until the second week of May.. I was said that they wont know about waitlist process until mid-may/ second week of may and that they will inform students by june at the latest.â
Iâm not sure what they mean though.
Someone on Reddit contacted the admission office and they said they have already admitted a few students yesterday. Hereâs what the post said:
âgonna make a post here to ease everyoneâs minds. i emailed nd and they said theyâve alr admitted a couple yesterday/today (idk what they meant by today). They also said that theyâre hoping to send out more offers by mid may. So the waitlist movement is moving mb just less than expected :)â
Okay thank you so much
Any news yet ??
I have only seen one user on Reddit getting off the waitlist. Otherwise, havenât heard of any major movement. I think we may see some after mid May.
