Nah. ND doesn’t care about enforcing the rules of other schools. Say two Hail Marys and you’re good.
But you should tell your HS GC about it. For next year they should know that you need to comply with the rules of BOTH schools.
It is pretty simple when dealing with ED. But navigating the slightly different flavors of EA, REA, SCEA can be tricky.
Yes on Stanford SEA, didn’t know that until too late. CommonApp is smart enough to warn you not to do multiple Early Decisions but doesn’t point out single Early Action rules. We knew his ACT without writing would disqualify Stanford anyway so we didn’t bother to correct it.

Notre Dame would care. They clearly state that you cannot apply to any other binding program because it wastes a spot they could have offered to someone else REA
Stanford and Princeton are non-binding. No issue with ND’s rules.
The issue is with the SINGLE choice early action rules at S and P.
Well either I’m going to be waiting all night for a decision to come out or am going to have to watch the Moore-Jones Bama senate results come in. Definitely hoping it’s the decision!

Rookie mistake but when the CommonApp stopped me from doing multiple Early Decisions and didn’t stop me from Stanford and ND Early Actions I didn’t bother to read fine print and assumed the rules were coded into the site.
