<p>Does the November 1 deadline mean October 31st by 11:59 PM or November 1 by 11:59 PM?</p>
<p>I would have to guess it’s the latter, since it is still November 1.</p>
<p>I am sure that it is Nov 1, but one of my son’s said by 5pm on Nov 1, so you had better double check!
I have also been told that if you wait until the last hours you will have a hard time logging on. I made sure my son’s were in today to avoid that situation.
