<p>I am due to graduate in few months time and have been doing academia-style research throughout my whole undergrad years. But I am wondering of experiences in industry research labs such as Novartis. I should have taken up an internship in an industry lab. This would have help to decide whether to go for grad school for industry. Have any of you did research in private labs before? Whats the experience like in terms of working hours, benefits, salary?</p>
