<p>Anyone tried logging in lately? I did and it must have changed my password so I clicked the link for forgot my password. It said that a password is being sent to me, but I have not received it - anyone else having trouble?</p>

<p>ok well did you get your ID in the mail? that’s the only way you can login to check your application. if you did and it’s still not working then i don’t know what’s wrong.</p>
<p>Yesterday I tried to log in to edit my application. The Novasis site said the login info was invalid, although I’m pretty sure it was correct since I had carefully saved it in a text file in my computer. When I tried to retrieve my PIN by entering my email, but a line appeared saying "unable to determine role N”. What’s wrong?</p>
<p>(this is off-topic but I’m too lazy to create a new thread) I missed the Preferred deadline for submitting the Preliminary application (December 15). Would I be in a big disadvantage?</p>
<p>do you have the right email address? and keep trying your ID and password, it’s case sensitive. and i would get your app as soon as possible.</p>
<p>sorry never mind. I got the User ID & PIN used to create the application and the NOVASIS ID & PIN used to check application status mixed up.</p>

<p>i think you’ll be fine. i mean the “deadline” is january 1st so they can’t really hold it against you if you get your app in before then. however, i would get it in as quickly as possible. and i saw your stats and info and i think you’ll get in anyway haha. good luck!</p>
