<p>What exactly is the time set on the November 1st deadline. I have some friends scrambling right now to get the application in before November 1st. I was just under the assumption that as long as you get it in at 11:59 PM on November 1st you were fine. Can I get clarification?</p>

<p>I emailed Ray (an admissions councilor) and he told me 11:59 on Nov. 1st (today) was the deadline.</p>
