- author of p2 thinks they are undeserved
- author of p2 thinks they should be an accepted art (Puritans quest)
- author of p1 talks directly about his experiences</p>
<p>I don’t think they would have said it was warranted… passage #2 was all about how comics were a legitimate art form and didn’t deserve the criticism.</p>

<p>the industry was not eager to use its new technologies. nowhere in the passage did it say anything about technologies. the industries just wanted to be able to feed the people more easily.</p>
<p>the question said how would the author of passage 2 respond to what the critics said in passage one? they criticized comics; thus they were undeserved. i hope i didn’t misread the question, but i’m almost positive.</p>
