November SAT- VERSION ONE- BLockbuster moives

im 100% sure that was question 17 the whole equation was equaled to 1/27

it was 3^x(1/3)^y but x was supposed to between 3 and 7, not including 3 and 7

I remember that question, I think. The numerator was 81 and the denominator 2187. This simplified to 1/27. WAIT! I got it! y=7! Was this a grid in? It was 3^y whereas y had to equal 2187.

it was asking for the y value not x therefore the answer was 6 for that one.
Actually im trying to think again if it was 3<x<7 or 3<y<7

yes but 3<x<7

for the SC question with chastened and something as the answer, wasnt there another option that included abashed?i put it as the answer but i cant remember what the 2nd word was to check if it was correct, but i felt like it fit better than chastened in the question.

It was 3<x<7 and I plugged in 4 for x. That made the numerator 81. So, you had to find a value for y in 3^y that equaled to 2187 to make it equal to 1/27.

EDIT: 3^7 = 2187 (meaning y=7)

***** i got it wrong then…put 6 instead fmlfmlfmlfmlfm

do you remember a graph question being 45%? or something?

Yeah, I think that was the question about the emails.

yea that was the question. Do you remember any more?

Grid-ins or math questions?

just any in general

Umm… vocab scores and reading, combinations of something (the answer was 12), something about monday through wednesday (this might be the one about the emails).

@yeghetto,
I also put abashed, but it’s incorrect, the second word was intransigent, which doesn’t work. The correct answer was chastened and something.

@sgtweed oh well
but could someone please get me access to the gdoc??

@yeghetto - pm cherym

@cherym,
could you pm me the google doc? I don’t have enough posts to pm yet

Here are the consolidated answers. Please add to this list.
