November SAT- VERSION ONE- BLockbuster moives

What was the one with vaccine a and b

no it was 48

sorry bud, that was the last question of the section, which means it was a “hard” question, do you think it would be that easy?

tkapuzas, 40mph one way and 60 mph back same distance each way, the 60mph trip is shorter so the average speed is lower than 50mph

[homework - How to calculate average speed - Physics Stack Exchange](<a href=“homework and exercises - Why is this calculation of average speed wrong? - Physics Stack Exchange”>homework and exercises - Why is this calculation of average speed wrong? - Physics Stack Exchange)
it’s 48

s=d/t

40=d/t

60=d/t

d is the same in both of these cases so just make up a value, say d=100

40t=100
t=2.5

60t=100
t = 5/3

Avg speed:
(100+100)/(2.5+5/3)
-> 200/4.16666

–> 48

its 48 youre just making yourself look stupid now please stop

tkapuzas, just read my answer and tell me its wrong.

Set distance to 120

40mph going out = 3 hours
60 mph going back= 2 hours

total distance traveled: 240 miles
total time: 5 hours
240/5= 48

Tkapuzas, if you can’t argue your case with proof and have to resort to logical fallacies, why bother speaking?

you don’t have to though, SAT math doesn’t require a mathematical understanding beyond basic algebra 2

Has a google docs been made for the test? And for the space flight writing question was “she went on four space flights, which she logged 50 hours…” wrong because of “which”?

@cherym I believe its where she logged, which doesn’t make sense in the context

@tkapuzas Hey, I also made AIME, I’m also in calculus, and I’m telling you you’re wrong. There’s no way there would be a calculus question on the SAT in the first place. Now let’s keep discussing answers please.

yeti in case you didn’t figure it out from the “multiplying velocity by dt”, he’s trolling. Also see “witch”.

does anyone remember the oval question where it was like “one foot long and just as wide” I do recall putting A for that one

Lol yeah I figured it out after the “witch” part, didn’t know if he was maybe just bad at calculus at first.

Did anyone get like 4 D’s or E’s in a row on the final 10 minute writing section? One of the questions’ answers was “you should inspect it” about a motorcycle helmet.

@Danebrick I put A. the real writing section was flavoring

@Mack I didn’t have the Mexican leader one

@yetibdhrana “you should inspect it” is right. Did you get 3 no errors?

@yetibdhrana I did have alot that were the same choice… but they were Bs and Cs if I recall correctly
