What is a ■■■■■? yes im saying you seem to think shes all busted up no we have had bigger issues then this and she and we will handle it but it does seem funny once i mentioned the school she wanted we want her to attend everyones understanding went out the window.

also to clear up the 12,000.00 35,000.00 comment ones a community college and yes its that much for in state but out of county the other is a 4 yr college and thats the full tuition for all 4 yrs.

So im done chatting with everyone. good bye:)

$35,000 total for 4 years is a bargain. I don’t know of any community college that costs $12,000/yr and I live in NY where everything is more expensive. Our community college cost $3100/yr.

Well, I think this whole problem has nothing to do with finances but more to do with control and the family dynamics. It’s up to you and your family now to work on the relationships under your roof. Good luck and hope it all works out.

um, most of us here would be doing cartwheels if we could ‘only’ pay 35K for all 4 years of school. is the 12k figure for the cc also for all 4 years?

Sell the boat.

Seriously, you’re being ridiculous. Get over your stubbornness and remember that this is HER decision. At the rate you’re going, you’ll never see your daughter again if she has a say.
