<p>So I just applied for an NROTC, Marine Corps option and this was on the checklist afterward:</p>

<p>“You will need one evaluation from
a math teacher (Navy option only) or a science teacher (nurse option only) or an English
teacher (Marine option only)”</p>

<p>Does that mean my only option to get a teacher rec is from an English teacher? So I can’t ask a math teacher?</p>

<p>I think that they want an evaluation from an English teacher. Call your recruiter if you aren’t certain.</p>
