Hello, I am attending the National Student Leadership Conference at Berkley in about 4 days and I am super exited! My only reservation/nervousness is my age. I am going in to my sophomore year and I’m just afraid that my age is going to be the first thing that people notice… Any words of comfort from you NSLC veterans, or parents of veterans?
Parent here. While they didn’t attend one at Berkley, my oldest did at Northwestern, Middle one at Fordham and my youngest is currently at one at Georgia Tech. All three of them the summer before 10th grade. So you will be fine. Have fun.
