Whoops IDK where the rest of that comment went. We also both applied for a program called ExCEL Abroad, a US to Lithuania scholarship. IDK what is is for her, but YES is my first choice, followed by ExCEL, followed by NSLI-Y, followed by CBYX, followed by AFS Brazil.

Has anyone heard about Arabic?
I heard from a friend that Arabic AND Turkish were out, but at the same time, I didn’t hear anything for any Arabic summer kiddos @Elevey1

When I logged onto Facebook, it was quite a surprise to see that notifications had come out. It was pretty late and a Tuesday so I really didn’t think anything was going to come out XD

How many people have gotten Turkish notifications? Do notifications always come out all on one day? My soul is kinda being crushed here…
@lovinglife01 Thanks! I’m from Kansas City, MO, but I go to boarding school in MA. We go to DC on June 22, and Turkey on the 24th.

@curlykat I got my notif and I’m either from MO or MA, depending on if they send it by school or by residence. My interview was in MO, so I’m guessing that’s where I would technically be from. I don’t know if notifs come out all at once, and I don’t know of any specific other person who’s gotten a Turkey notif. Best of luck!

Yeah, there’s a group called NSLI-Y Applicants 2012-2013, but it’s for everyone, not just the 2012-2013 groups
