<p>yeah… they made the motor city bowl a couple years ago… the only time they made the rose bowl was 1995-6 I believe. theres a pretty good chance of them making another bowl game while we’re there. Of course the Big Ten is a really tough football conference. We beat Ohio State last year when tehy were ranked #4 nationally. the whole place went nuts, as you can imagine. It was the homecoming game at NU, and the first nighttime nationally televised game ever, it also snowed.
This year we have a night game for homecoming too, against michigan, it will be awesome. </p>
<p>What would really be exciting and worth partying for is if the basketball team made the NCAA tournament. theyve never made the tournament, ever, so if they make it, we’ll go nuts. And the new coach Bill Carmody is kicking ass with the program so there is a lot of hope.</p>
