<p>I’ve been reading the forum for the last few days, and just decided to register :)</p>
<p>I’m an international applicant from Turkey, applying for McCormick. </p>
<p>I also just got into UofIllinois, I might definitely think about going to UofI if I get a reject from Northwestern :/</p>
<p>i have a heart attack every time i get an email!</p>
<p>I honestly think it’s coming Monday… But I’ve resolved to not check my email until tomorrow night.</p>
<p>mannn all my friends are jumping up and down because they just got in to their dream school (U of Illinois) and im sitting at home waiting for this NU decision. i should prolly get off the computer now its pretty hopeless for today. oh god</p>
<p>i heard that they’re sending out letters tomorrow through monday…no e-mails. </p>

<p>^^ mollykate, we’ve all heard different things up to this point. We can’t rule out emails unless an admissions director has specifically said so. Fact: letters were mailed today.</p>
<p>i talked to an admissions person a few days ago. who did you talk to?</p>
<p>My counselor and a senior assistant director… If you called and spoke with someone who works in the office, some of their answers conflict. The first time I called, they said no emails, the second emails before Monday and then emails on Monday. lol All we kow for sure is that we should know by Monday, NU is making sure everything’s in order probably. They have a ton of applicants, I can’t imagine what the last month has been like!</p>
<p>Ugh, this is awful! I’m at boarding school, so I can’t even be home to check the mail…</p>
<p>Do we know if Northwestern is deferring ED applicants this year?</p>
