<p>I actually cleared this up just yesterday. I always thought a “sent” folder is standard, but I guess not. I called NU IT Help desk and asked, and they told me how to do it. I don’t remember the steps but it involved going to options (I have Merle if it makes a difference), and changing my Primary Mailhost Protocol to IMAP, and then a couple steps more. </p>
<p>Regardless, I now have a sent folder.</p>
