Dartmouth and most of the school listed are need-based. I got full merit aid from other schools such as Wake Forest, William and Mary, etc. I did not get any aid offer from JHU, because I did not apply for it by the time I applied for the admission.

For me,
-I like to live near a big city, such as NYC, Boston, Chicago, LA, etc. I know Dartmouth is an ivy league school (especially its undergrad school and Tuck School of Business) and one of the very best schools in the United States. However, I prefer to live in a matropolitan area.
-Money is an issue.
-Prestige: I want to have a VERY nice job/internship at a great institutions, such as Harvard Medical School, Goldman Sachs, Samsung, etc. I personally looked up their CEO list, a lot of them are from Harvard, Dartmouth, Yale, Princeton, and sometimes Northwestern, JHU, WUSTL.
