Number of applications submitted per student - trend?

<p>As a student, I can’t imagine how cheated I would feel if my GC limited the number of applications I filed. I’ll be applying to probably 10-12 schools next year (depending on how the college tours go this summer.)</p>

<p>Most of the schools use the Common App. which merely means photocopying the letters of references…doesn’t it? How difficult is that?</p>

<p>I’ll do my share and get all the stamped envelopes and student profile in early.</p>

<p>justcruzen is right–the common app REALLY helps the GC and teachers because one rec is all it takes. I think Harvard is the only school that has its own GC supplement.</p>
