<p>Anyone here know the (approximate) number of students who stay on campus over the summer? Fireflyscout, I know your D stayed last summer, right?</p>

<p>Yes, she stayed over last summer, sharing a place off-campus (on-campus housing is available, but it’s not air-conditioned). There’s a decent number of students there for various reasons (working with summer programs, research positions, jobs, etc). If I had to guess, I would say around 100 students are there, maybe more. D loved being there, enjoyed the slower pace (and the fabulous Harry Potter celebration in Northfield).</p>
<p>I think it’s more like 200 students who stay over the summer, having done it myself. Most are rising juniors.</p>
