Number of matches by school?

The number of kids that match to each school is not the number that the schools “ask” for the match. For example, Amherst had 18 match recipients. That doesn’t mean that admissions took 18. That number is how many were accepted after the algorithm did its thing. For instance, Amherst could have accepted 30, but 12 could have ranked another school higher, thus matching to that school. So there is no way to know how many students each partner school wanted, only how many they got after the algorithm. For instance, I know that several other schools wanted my kid, but only her first ranked school got her. Sorry for long reply, but the point is there is NO way to know how many students any school accepts, only how many they get after the computer does it’s thing
