Congrats! Are both schools comfortably affordable (no/minimal loans, no hardship)? If both are affordable, do you have a preference in terms of location, overall school vibe, etc.?
Go to whichever is cheaper. Nursing school is HARD everywhere. With the nursing shortage out there, you will have no problem getting a job ANYWHERE you want to go, doesn’t matter where you went to nursing school. All that matters is passing that NCLEX and getting your license. They are all desperate for nurses in every field. I am an RN and I see it daily. I do contract nursing (basically travel but just local shifts). It’s bad out there.
USF has a fantastic and HIGHLY competitive program - I’m sure UPitt must as well. Where are you located? In addition to the financial issue discussed above you may want to consider climate - you couldn’t get more disparate in terms of weather!
