Yes, we are mostly ultra polite drivers. At a four way stop…you go, no you go, now we’ll all sit and wait. 
Funniest thing was in a crowded Whole Foods parking lot, two drivers arriving at the same time for one spot, playing rock, paper, scissors for the spot. 
But I do think that car theft is increasing the rates.
