<p>The best way to reach someone, IMHO, is to call and wait on hold … for me, the message said 30-35 minutes wait, but it ended up being 15 minutes or so. Also, the are actually instructions on the fianncial aid website over the best times to call. I found the e-mail response time is relatively slow (48 hours or more).</p>
