so i know that I don’t have the best chances at getting into nyu with my stats but I only want to know if it is possible
I applied with a 3.8 weighted and 3.6 unweighted and I got a 1680 on the SAT and 25 on ACT and I took the subject test for US history and got a 500 eh but I got a 4 on the APUSH exam and a 3 on the AP lang exam
I am number 130/900 which is top 14% and I’ve taken 8 higher level classes total which isn’t a lot compared to all that is offerred

-I was in class council for 3 years and apart of the fundraiser committee
-BSU board
-make a wish club
-theater tech
-JSA
-CSF
-FNL officer
-had an internship campaigning for a candidate running for a seat on a college board
-went campaign canvassing for a candidate
-200 hours of community service
-volunteers at concerts at the rose bowl and LA collesium
I have 2 good letter of recs and 1 letter of rec from the candidate I campaigned for
Also I think my essay is pretty strong my AP lit AP Lang and Honors lang teacher all said it was strong but I know my stats are pretty low and my chances at getting in are slim but I just want some opinions
Also I applied for the politics major which is hard but the wait is killing me
