My housing applications says “Please select classification” and I only have Summer 2016. When I try to access the application, I can’t apply for NY, only DC, London, and Paris.

Don’t bother guys, you’re stressing yourselves. If so concerned call the housing application centre at NY because to be very honest, there are many individuals who have been admitted into ED2 and their housing still says “Non renewable undergraduate.” So chill out!
And one more thing, good news ahah. 98% of the individuals on this thread still see, “Non renewable undergraduate” or don’t see anything. I’m pretty sure not everyone here is getting rejected.
Hey guys, I don’t think we should stress over the housing thing. I was an ED2 applicant for NYU CAS but asked admissions in late January to move me to RD because I got a scholarship at USC and that made me reconsider the ED. Anyway, at some point my housing page did change to freshman. However, it changed back in Early March to non renewable undergraduate. I don’t think it means anything. I was following the ED2 thread and there were people with the housing change who were rejected, so chill out. It’s the homestretch guys!
@Garyguy909 definitely has a point…there really isn’t any point stressing over something such as housing that we can’t control at all and may have no bearing on our actual apps/decisions…
At risk of sounding clueless, could someone please explain to me what housing theory really is? What is the significance of “non-renewable undergraduate?”
It means that we’re not eligible to access the housing application just as yet.

I have Summer 2016, international applicant
My niece applied to EDII and the housing portal indicated “freshman” before she got her final decision and she got rejected at the end. So I won’t believe that’s a true indicator.
