Somewhere on CC I read a post from someone who had trouble with their Mid Year Report and didn’t get it sent in. They called NYU and NYU told them they didn’t use it for admission consideration.
I think they may use it to gauge your progress later in the year. I know they do keep a close look at senior year grades as the year comes to a close.
I just graduated from NYU and you guys all have higher grades than I did so dont worry and CHILL 
I went through the class of 2019 decisions and it looks like rejections filled the morning and acceptances came around 3pm-5pm

@PlanningMyFuture , “Started” means your counsellor was filling it in but didn’t submit the report. It should say downloaded. However, as the majority says, they’re not required, you should be fine but they do consider it if you submit it
checking twitter doesn’t seem like anyone got in yet
In my opinion, everything except the optional report is required on CommonApp, everyone may have different views though.
