This is last year
“In a record year with more than 60,000 students applying to NYU, the University has offered admission to 31% of the applicants for the Class of 2019, down from 34% last year. Of the more than 18,500 admitted, just shy of 2,500 applied to NYU under its Early Decision program. It is believed that more students applied to NYU Early Decision – over 7,700 – than any other college or university in the U.S.”

@alpha525 Even if it is ED1 + ED2, let’s assume ED2 applicants were 4,250. Only 1,141 being accepted leaves the acceptance rate at around 25%, which is lower than the general acceptance rate. I thought your chances increase if you apply ED?
I can assure you that the ED1 pool is larger than the ED2 pool so I wouldn’t say that half of the eight thousand students who applied Early Decision did ED2. I’m thinking somewhere between 2,500-4,000 applied ED2. I might be wrong, but it would make sense since very few schools offer ED2 compared to ED… Don’t you think? @closavia
Get rowdy people! Less than 21 hours left!
Screw house change! Don’t play with us NYU!
If house change is demonstrating for ED1 applicants, we shall have the same right to take a look at the veiled surprise!
My heart is jumping out of my chest and bouncing around…
where’s @classlena at a time like this
@classlena
Where are you? We miss you.
@classlena
Gents, her heart was broken because of some of you, and she disappeared.
I genuinely hope she can be with us at this point.
@dehca2016
Her last active time is a week ago. Hope nothing has happened to her.
@closavia Buddy, its not half and half. theres probably more in ED1. I could see it being like 3200 in ED2 and the rest in ED1.
Classlena was an inside job.
CLASSLENA WE LOVE U!!! COME BACK TO US
we mocked classlena before but now we have become her
this feels like coming to the end of a really unpredictable book, and you don’t know if the protagonist is going to stay alive or die mercilessly. on one hand, you’re furiously reading through to somehow get to the end because you really REALLY want to know what happens, but on the other part of you enjoyed the book so much and isn’t ready to let go completely. only a few chapters left??
i mocked my friend for having 50+ posts on college confidential once… today i am humbled and reduced
