I guess the new trending question to correlate with acceptances / denials is - Did you have an FA change that disappeared? This is nutty.
@stern2020…i like your numbers…you said 1700 (35% x 5000 apps)…I was thinking that they had around 3500 ED apps last year (I thought that was ED1 and ED2 together) which would be around 1750 apps for ED1…and 35% is around 612 accepted. Are you guessing on the ED numbers total or did you see it split up somewhere? Moe than anything I want to be wrong here!! still waiting…Pennsylvania…no CSS…never had a change

Haha, the one period when I had a test and I can’t check something happens. Of course.
@nero64 , Last year, NYU had total of 7000 ED (1 & 2) applicants. I guess this year they may have a5k for ed1.
Do you guys think it’ll ever be back on? Please do share if your change is back.
@nero64, @rochester123 , yes I agree. There are about 5,000 ED1 students this year. I hope NYU will release this info
@ferrarivettel I’, going to guess no. This looks very much like a default type of page that was easy to produce and throw out there for a quick fix, and that they can remove when they are ready

Guys I got the FA change and it disappeared. I have the SAT tmrrw but rllyyyy don’t want to sit through a 3 hr test and wanted to go out tonight I could definitely benefit from a higher score, but do you think I even need to take the test or not?
@Collegegal06 Lol take the test, you paid for it anyways. If you can benefit from it you should take it.

Guys in all honesty this FA change stuff is not even worth the anxiety. Just chill and wait for decisions to come out on the 15th, its not that far away.
Theoretically, if NYU felt the need to hide the info from everyone, the FA change could really mean something…

I’m going to admit how foolish it was of me to not apply to one of my other schools that was due Nov 1 because of my FA change … Screwed
