In “My Event Status”, I don’t recall what it looked like, but it seems changed slightly. Now it requests confirmation code to view an event. Is this something new?

This is most likely a stupid question but did anyone get a financial aid workshop email? I’m fairly positive it’s simply one of those mass/automated emails they send but it’s for January 9th and RSVP only which confuses me as I (obviously) applied EDI. Then again it is for FAFSA and the deadline for that is Feb.15th

Good luck guys! Remember, you did all you could do and hopefully it will result in an acceptance! On the 15th, I made the mistake of staying up all night waiting for a response. Rejections didn’t start until 1:30am and acceptances didn’t start until 2:30pm. The first thing I did when I got my acceptance was go back to sleep lmao. Also, the first sign of acceptance won’t appear in your email, rather will appear on Albert in the form of a green “Accept” button. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

@NYUFan101 this year will be a bit different because we’ll receive our decisions on Albert, not email. There can be a possibility than every decisions are leased together through Albert.
Also, where can you look for the green accept button you mentioned? It is in the Application Status tab of Albert? Thank you.

@catherine0611 and @ferrarivettel…check spam…let us know if it came. it’s basically the same as what they had on the blog i highly doubt it means a thing if you didn’t get it. @NYUFan101 …since they are not doing emails this year and just notifying everyone ‘supposedly’ at 5pm all together…what do we see in Albert under application status for rejection…is that a ‘red button’…if green is for acceptance?

In prior years, didn’t the applicants get their notices on Albert first and the email a little while after? If so, they came in waves. I remember reading, “ACCEPTED to [insert school] but I am waiting for he email to make it official.”
