guys sorry to say but I don’t it’s a sign, I’ve been checking up on my portal since I got it earlier this month and it looks whenever it “updates” always seems to be a couple of minutes before I looked. I think it has to do with connecting to the server.
Shoot, yeah. Don’t think it means anything. That sucks, but there are only 18 days until Dec. 15, so we’ll find out soon enough.
@Hilltop18 which portal did you log into? is it the one where it shows your “Application Checklist”? because i dont see what youre talking about on mine
HOLD UP IM FREAKING OUT… i only applied to neuro as a major. how did you choose alternate majors? on the common app it didnt give me an option of choosing an alternate major? should i email them or something im scared
Hey lol I’m so late to join this thread but I applied to CAS for journalism and everytime I think about December 15th I come close to having a panic attack 
As for the nyu id email that everyone was talking about it comes up for me under classes as well, pretty sure it’s not an indicator 
@nyu2023 how did you get the choice of picking a second major choice? when i applied on commonapp it only let me put one major

I didn’t put a second major but I put secondary schools/programs of interest
@shinybell there was a section on the common app for your alternate area of study. However CAS was not a choice. It was only Steinhardt, Tandon, Tisch, and the global liberal studies program im pretty sure.
question: if I log in and see both a housing change and can see my nyu.edu email address is that a good sign?
hey friends i’m kinda late to this party but i EDed to gallatin! also on the nyu classes thing it listed my normal email so it may be an indicator but i’m kinda hoping not now…
@shinybell it said first choice for school and what major and then it asked for your other options for campuses and then it asked for your desired major at your second school
