I have an IB PG of 39/42 and 41/45 (My school only gives max 2/3 bonus points as PG)
I took Math, Physics, Eco HL and English, Hindi and Business SL.
I have a 5 in English and a 6 in Hindi. Taking math and physics is one of the strong points of my application, but my english grade and business as a subject hurt my application. What about you?
i’m not full ib (aka getting the diploma) but i took psychology sl and i’m finishing english literature hl and french hl this year

@AcaiBowl I am applying to Stern. Even your grades are almost the same and I think you have a sure shot at CAS!
@AcaiBowl Frankly, one point makes no difference and I would be pretty surprised if you did actually get rejected from CAS. If I were you, I would probably stop writing RD essays lmao
I heard that if u said u don’t need financial aid u get a higher chance of acceptance. Is that true?
@futurenyugirl I think this matters mainly for international applicants. Most counsellors from where I’m from agree that US universities give very less aid to international students. Btw, I have not applied for aid and have had no FA change. Also, it says that my ‘College Board Profile’ is required in Financial Holds (1). Can anyone who hasn’t applied for aid confirm this?

Has anybody got any FA or housing change ?
