Okay, I’ve been reading this form for the past couple of days and if you think about it: Last year, they said specifically they would release at 4 pm. So them saying “afternoon” probably means sometime before?

I havent checked my portal bc im too scared not to see the changes you guys are talking about but if any of you guys dont see it, dont fret just yet!! a bunch of people last year got no changes and still got in and these changes can simply be due to us being applicants and be completely separate from admissions
