<p>Hello. I applied to the business political economy program for ED1. My essays were excellent. One of the essays talked about where my interest in the program comes from. The other essay is the one that distinguishes me from the rest. I wrote about a trip to Nepal that totally changed my views on things. I have held two financial internships through high school. One at an investment strategies firm and another at a Financial advising firm. I sent a letter of rec from my intern sponsor at the financial advising firm. I have also started a non-profit organization. The goal of the organization is to improve economic conditions starting with my community (Denver) and expanding globally. It has been a great experience. I also held a leadership position in the Obama campaign. And volunteered for the Romney campaign at one point. I have volunteered over 100 hours at an assisted living facility. In the mean time I also got to know my regional admissions director. I have been keeping in touch with him via email. On the downside my GPA is a 3.1. And 26 ACT. In my essays I remained confident that Stern can train me to someday fulfill my vision of improving economies throughout the world. I was wondering what you think of my application? and if It’s a good fit for Stern? thanks in advanced.</p>
<p>No one can tell you because BPE is a very new program and there are probably only like 150 people in total who have been in BPE.</p>
<p>wait you have two essays? isn’t there only one common app essay…I don’t see a NYU supplement essay. only short answers…am I missing something lol</p>
