<p>I was just wondering how ‘meaningful’ an essay about ethnic acceptance/diversity would be for NYU. I am Asian, and NYU, would probably get thousands of these ‘types’ of essays.</p>
<p>Am I correct to think this way? Are there any subtopics about ethnic acceptance that would be more ‘acceptable’?</p>
<p>I think it depends… I don’t, specifically, recommend writing an essay about how you would appreciate NYU’s diversity… rather I would recommend that you write about a moment or example were you were affected by the lack of diversity and how it made you want to search for a place of acceptance….
