NYU Faculty, Others File Suit to Block Expansion

<p>As expected, NYU’s faculty and ten other groups have filed suit against the university, seeking to block the NYU 2031 expansion plan. The suit seeks to overturn the city council’s approval of the project and to prevent NYU from commencing construction.</p>
