<p>@ mttransfer: I applied for Film and TV and have not heard anything yet. I called today though, since I’m leaving my current college and can’t get my mail until late May, and a (very nice) woman told me that if people don’t hear by the 15th, then they can call and find out over the phone. <p>Got rejected CAS (major international studies minor philosophy). Bad stats I guess.</p>

<p>1300/1920 SAT. Very little community service and ECAs extremely limited to music and writing. Thought my essays were pretty good though.</p>

<p>Or is it age? Do they generally seek international students who are older?</p>

<p>Can you post your stats Mazz?</p>

<p>I was born in China too, but raised in Singapore mostly and resided in Vietnam for a while before going to the States.</p>

<p>Still haven’t heard either, but I don’t think I’ll find out by Saturday. I applied on the deadline and called in early May to check on my materials. They said they were missing one of my transcripts, but it turns out it was just misplaced, so I guess I still have a while to wait. Best of luck to everyone still trying pass the time! Hopefully we find out by june!</p>

<p>GPA 3.695 i know this is really bad. it was 3.9 after freshman year, but i did really badly last semester, 3.15.</p>

<p>not much EC. one semester of admission ambassador, cross-culture discussion group leader.</p>

<p>no internship experience.</p>

<p>pretty good essay. i spent a whole lot of time on it 'cause it’s the only thing that saves my ass. </p>

<p>BTW, i didn’t take sat. my toelf score was 617. I took PBT instead of IBT simply because it’s easier. and i didn’t do the writing part.</p>
