My albert stilll works…but some say theirs dont work…do yall know what this might mean?
@larosa2 Alright, my Albert is not working anymore as well. Gonna take a nap lol!
nothing CAS
they didnt answer. i got sent straight to voicemail both times but couldnt even leave a voicemail. so they are not answering calls…
Did any accepted transfer students receive a financial aid package yet?
Are we (transfer students) receiving notice after the waitlisted high school applicants?
yes
albert was working for me an hour ago now its broken lol
@student8899 yeah that’s what i found weird too! idk how nyu has done it, but i thought freshman heard back if they got off the waitlist in june/july…
So the people who called admissions and said that they weren’t releasing decisions today couldn’t have asked when they were releasing them if not today!!!
For the transfers who got accepted in April, are you all internal transfers? According to NYU’s website, it says internal transfers recieve their decisions April - May and external May - June.
Bro are we actually about to find out in June? Nooooooooo
u call them next time lol
What are the odds they release later? I only ask since they released to some wait list people so maybe they want to stagger them?
They typically release regular decisions later in the day so maybe they will later but probably unlikely
I called. Alex told me that he had no knowledge that nothing was released today. Said “I was just in a meeting where they told us that they would be releasing decisions as they are made. Not just Friday. Anytime between now and the end of June.” Said “honestly can’t tell you more than that.”
LMAOO touche. But im just wondering how that conversation went…
NYU: “we’re not releasing decisions today.”
You: “ok. bye”
But this is all just in play
Thank you!
Waitlisted applicants likely received decisions this early because they probably didn’t hit their anticipated number of applicants accepting their admission on May 1st. Many other colleges, including ivies, have already gone into their waitlist because of low enrollment most likely due to the pandemic.
