can you log onto bursar if you haven’t been accepted?
I had this last year when I was waitlisted as a freshman but I never got off the waitlist I wouldn’t depend on this too much

Why I can’t open my housing portal 
It shows Login to StarRez Portal failed. Reason: Login error. Please try again. All the time

I checked another forum and people said it was down for everyone

It has been down since I submitted my application. It’s only a sentence showing error on a blank webpage

I got accepted into the non-traditional route yesterday. (I applied to transfer the traditional and non-traditional route for SPS.) Albert updated at 6PM with accept/decline. No letter yet, and no email. However, cost of attendance just became available but its showing the traditional amount of $93,000. So my Albert is all confused.
